[texbirds] Re: Short-tailed Hawk @ SANWR

The last date the Short-tailed Hawk was reported (to my knowledge) at Santa Ana
was this past Wednesday, Sept. 5th, when Bill Clark saw it in the morning (from
the Tree Tower). On both days (Monday and Wednesday), the bird was foraging
actively, so I'm hopeful that it's finding food and planning to stick around
for a while.
