[texbirds] Ruff

Did not relocate the ruff at 0800. The pond where he was first seen was
full of spoonbill when I arrived, and no shorebirds were present. On the
left pond there were 100's of shorebirds but were out if range of my
binoculars. Lafitte's cove was dead, minus all the birders, from 0830 to
1000.
