[texbirds] Least Tern and 3 ebird 'rare' species

Birded Union Grove Wildlife Management Area on Stillhouse Hollow Lake (Bell)
this morning and spotted a Least Tern diving for food, and 3 species that
raised the ebird 'rare' bird flag that requires more information: 5 Redhead;
an Osprey carrying a fish; and a White-rumped Sandpiper.
