I wonder if your White-rump is a late "common" spring migrant or a "rare" fall
migrant?

Birded Union Grove Wildlife Management Area on Stillhouse Hollow Lake (Bell)
this morning and spotted a Least Tern diving for food, and 3 species that
raised the ebird 'rare' bird flag that requires more information: 5 Redhead; an
Osprey carrying a fish; and a White-rumped Sandpiper.
