Hi everyone,
We had a great bird walk this morning . Birds could be seen at every turn
we took and a beautiful male hooded warbler made an appearance right near
the fee booth. Of course, the Green kingfisher sat at his favorite perch at
the canal across from the canal overlook while 2 Ringed kingfishers chased
each other around at North pond. Lots of birds had favorite spots such as
the sides of the canal, the south side of forest trail and all around the
canal overlook. Below is this morning's bird list. Have a great day
