Hi everyone,
During this morning's bird walk 100's of egrets were roosting at our North
Pond. Also at North Pond, there was our Osprey regular catching fish and 2
Green kingfishers chasing each other. The ringed kingfisher flew over
making an appearance and the Belted kingfisher could be heard at a
distance. The canal area had both the Black- crowned and Yellow-crowned
Night Herons. As for the rest of the grounds, lots of birds could be heard
but due to the wind but we were able to have good looks of White-eyed
vireos. Below is this morning's bird list.
