Addendum:
In the future, maybe a server could be set up that provides the
texture according to a hash (as a download).
So the problem of "non-appropiate content" can be avoided, if the textures
being uploaded are controlled.
At the end, I would like to make the proposal that maybe a poll or a
competition could be hold,
inviting the players to vote for their three favourite skins,
and the most mentioned skins are included in the next version of teeworlds.
