[teeworlds] Suggestion: Distribute custom skins to other players

I've got a suggestion for futur teeworlds versions.
Could you please integrate a solution into teeworlds
that distributes your custom skin to other players on the server?

This could maybe be done by sending the skin to the server
and then broadcasting it to the other players,
eventually if the game is started yet, so that the default skin is shown
until the skin was received completely by the client.

I know that this system could be abused to generate high network traffic.
But with the above described solution and by limitating the network traffic
caused by that,
this could maybe prevented.
