[TechAssist] vertical problem

Hello Group members.
I am working with a Sharp TV (missing model #). No picture ,has sound.Crank
up
screen voltage I see a horizontal line. There is no vert. Try every thing
even replace Ic
X1224CE to TA8427 I do not have original IC. It is a simple IC with 7 pins
I
have 27 volts at pin 6 and pin3. Try hard but no luck. Any ideas is
appriciated.
