Ditto that.  Just had another one that did this.  Blew the B+ fuse due to
bad joint on a black jumper.

Follow the circuit traces from the fuses thru rectifiers to board with
convergence IC's and solder all jumpers you come to especially the black or
brown insulated wire jumpers near the STK's
 EVEN IF THEY LOOK OK
