[TechAssist] update: E machines 17" monitor eView17P,chassis C718 HOT shorted, can't locate a 2SC5521 sub

I subbed a big 2SC3997 (NTE2533 equiv) from an old archived email's
advicethat worked for him. No damper internally.
Well, HV powered up normally for several seconds before I heard a
repetitive "arc" or a tapping from under the fly, and smelled a whiff of
smoke. My HOT is fine. No burnt visable parts.It can do this over again
without HOT damage if I don't leave it on. I suspect the fly is arcing
internally, and between pins underneath,which was probably the cause of
theorig. bad HOT.
Need a flyback.
Sampo flyback.
Numbers on it:
FEC055
FE1AC9-T
FM1059
The "FEC055" is aparently the real number.
Need to find source for one, cheap!
