2SC4273 is an ECG/NTE 2312 and it also crosses to
SK10000, 2SC3039, 2SC2553, 2SC2518, 2SC2816,
2SC3869 and 2SC4205.

No NTE listed for the 2SA1633 but it crosses to:
2SA1186, 2SB817, 2SA1227A and 2SB1162.
