[TechAssist] sony kv-fs10

Set has line across screen about 4 inches below center of screen. Has HV but
doesn't seem to have sound. Changed Jungle IC and Vert. IC. Still same
problem. Does anyone have a manual they can post or have any ideas about
what's causing the problem?
