I had to post a sign saying "Units not picked up in 30 days would be sold or thrown". 1$ a day storage will apply after 3 days after customer notified of completion of repair. if other arraignments not maid previously.. Still have to send registered letter to customer after 30 days . check your local laws they vary from state to state.
