You're missing the letters off the end.

hope you all had happy new year
I am going to pick up this set from custumers house Panasonic CT32SL13 AP411
The customer gave me a breif description of symptoms
The customer had video and audio but could not turn off or on and no control
of volume
He then unplugged set (AC) and plugged it back on this restored set to normal
operation
The next day set does not turn on.
I exhausted all my data tips and could not find ANYTHING
does this chassis have any service bullitens on eprom or micro issues
I have never had one of these chassis in shop before. I have no schematic and
am hoping
someone any experience that they would be willing to share with me
