Closest tip I have, from Tech Repair CD:
Toshiba\57HDX82\No picture or OSD. Filaments lit. Has Audio\\\TAC0274\Replaced
open Pico
fuses on Power Supply board* F851 5A open and F853 1.25A open\Resolder the poor
jumper
connections along the side of the convergence board where the wire
plug/connectors
are\\\\\\\
Also, check connections around hyper module.

Toshiba 42HDX82, has no video, on screen menu is faint on screen, audio
is working, although the audio & OSD will cycle on/off together, randomly.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
