[TechAssist] lexmark x73 printer

i just purchased a dell computer and the printer copier came with it. when i
scan to e-mail schematics they don't come out good, looks like a lot of
lines missing. when i copy it they look good. is there a setting i have to
adjust or something. just new at this computer thing and it seems like some
of you guys understand it pretty good.
