Funny you should ask. I just had to change my own to a right angle adapter to fit it in my case, and the tip is + . I'm now looking for a auto adapter but the voltage is 18.5 and is not easy to find. I wonder if a standard 19v or one of the Targus (the ones that automatically adjust) adapters would work? Hope this helps, Tim ----- Original Message ----- From: "BearBuilder" <bearbuilder@xxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, August 28, 2003 8:04 PM Subject: [TechAssist] compaq presario 900 power supply adapter > HI GANG > SOMETIMES it's the little things... > > Can anyone tell me the center tip polarity on a Compaq presario 900 laptop notebook power supply adapter ?? > > THANKS > > > Bob Hunter > Imagineering SODA > Van.
