[TechAssist] Zenith sg2713h9 vert won't fill screen. 9-822 & 9-958

Have about 1/3rd of vert sweep.
What I have changed: cx2110.c2104.cx2105.c2108.cx2109 also cr2101 and
ic2100 (vert output la7836).
Three of the caps checked bad.
Below are the voltage readings on IC2100.
Pin1. 11.3vdc
Pin2. 8.0 vdc
Pin3. 5.7 vdc
Pin4. 0
Pin5. 5.8 vdc
Pin.6. 5.1 vdc
Pin.7. 28.7 vdc
Pin8. 0.6 vdc
Pin9. 1.6 vdc
Pin10. 0
Pin11. 12 vdc
Pin12. 23.5 vdc
Pin13. 4.8 vdc
IC heatsink is warm but not hot to the touch,
anyone have a print to check these voltage readings, tips on scan of vert
section?TIA
