[TechAssist] Zenith RZ46Z83D7, no conv adjust and no menu adjustments work

I have this service call possibly tomorrow:
Module 9-1848 1997 projection
I need the value of 120k resistor, large wattage that I show as a failure
for top being bowed down.
This unit also has mis-convergence. The remote will get into convergence
menu, but has no affect when attempting to converge also has no effect on
color, bright, contrast, etc. screens. The indicator bars do not move.
Customer says all worked fine before a move and also states he has trouble
with the remote, so this may be as simple as a bad remote but he "doesn't
think so".
Unit also whistles when turned off, but I don't think this one will be hard
to find.
I appreciate any input on the above problem.
