[TechAssist] Zenith PV4681H Shutdown

Older Zenith projection TV. Dead set when I arrived. Revived when operated
below 100v. Will operate on 120v if screen controls are turned down some. When
any one screen control is turned up, the other 2 goes dim, and appears to blink
rapidly. Shuts down if screen controls are turned up to normal. Could this be
bad Hi-Div (focus/voltage divider) ?
