Darrel, We need more info to help you.. like voltages, did you check sweep board for loose connections like at socket pins, regulators, current draw running, leaky diodes...Most problems I have found on the 9-1074-01 sweep board were leaky diodes {unsolder one end to test} and loose connections... To Philips post, the bad picture tubes started on the SL and SM line.. 1 Year after the J line...In the J line when the tubes start going they get very weak and don't {normally} short...
