I sure hope you all are putting these Light engine symptoms and color wheel symptoms and part numbers in WinSTIPS and other tips programs. Also tell us more about a color wheels and light engines. That sounds like something from the 1950's that use to make color TV's out of Black and Whites. Also how common is blotches on the screen. etc. I have yet to see these type of failures but it scares me to death to think some parts are $2000. Are you all serious? All I have seen is a few bad lamps. Tell us more about how these color wheels and light engines work and how much time and money do you Get to change them and will customers pay. I thought we were in a big market but either customers are not buying these sets or they are not failing. I would like to be ready though. I think many more would be interested too.
