The only issue I've heard of similar to that, is with Disney. They're 
ferocous about infringements. There was a small local childrens day care 
here, and a talented artist(I assume related to the owners) painted some 
Disney cartoon characters on the walls outside. not long after Disney 
contacted them with a Cease and Desist order "or else"... The owners 
said "Well, then we will lease the use of them from you"... The Disney 
"suit" smirked and said "you couldn't afford it!". Funny thing is, 
Disney was caught red handed abusing the licensing from Autodesk's 
Autocad software.Using one disc on multiple stations...I was 
told...Hear-say...
