Shouldn't be a problem as long as you use the same type of lettering in 
the other sections of your ad. As far as being sued.....not 
likely......they may send you a letter asking you to stop if that other 
shop guy tells on you. I wouldn't worry about it, just correct it in the 
next phone book.
