The schematic shows 0 voltage on pins 2 and 3.
That only leaves pin5 suspect, and that 4 volts may
not appear unless the set is running.
I'll probably just order the regulator and opto
anyway, as I have to order the diode. I knew
toshiba didn't build it, but didn't know who did.
It's got a JVC flyback, a philips crt, an orion
jungle and a toshiba micro.
