Hey those cholestrol free eggs are not bad if you put a lot of ham, butter & cheese with them. Ha. For months, maybe years, it was like someone was stepping on your air hose. Loss of good blood flow is slow strangulation! You will feel better than in years as soon as your surgury incisions heal. Now don't go back to gravey and bisquits! Ground flax seeds daily (best hi fibre, and has omega 3. I use an electric coffee grinder and mix in OJ), omega 3-6-9 oil capsules (borage, flax, fish), and antioxidants (B,C,E,etc). Go to www.vitacost.com. I buy my suppliments there. Good quality, prices, and home delivery. Good health articles. I will be 50 August. Cholestrol: 93 (ninety-three). Aside from my back ,I'm good. (I take MSM, condroiten, glucosamine daily for that) Phil Bader tvman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx wrote: Good take it easy for a few months Eric E M Electronics Deer Lake NL Canada tvman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx eric.manuel@xxxxxxxxx ----- Original Message ----- From: "agower" <agower@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, February 01, 2005 2:57 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Re: Thank you for Adolphs bypass No not yet, but I am working on entering inventory and handling the phone, about 4 hours every day, I FEEL GOOD CTV ELECTRONICS SALVAGE & REPAIR 3415 Comet Court Sacramento, California Zip 95827 agower@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Fax (916) 363-8359 Phone (916)698-6565 (916) 6986565 Fax (916) 363-8359 ----- Original Message ----- From: <tvman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, February 01, 2005 10:19 AM Subject: [TechAssist] Re: Thank you for Adolphs bypass Hi do you mean you are back working and lifting tv sets Eric E M Electronics Deer Lake NL Canada tvman@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx eric.manuel@xxxxxxxxx ----- Original Message ----- From: "agower" <agower@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, February 01, 2005 2:47 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Re: Thank you for Adolphs bypass up date on bypass it has-been a month now every thing is close to healed, feel very good. I know for a fact that I would be dead now if I hadnt done my own research after my 2nd set of 5 bypasses---and I was only 40. I don't know if it was my links that got you to research it yourself---but I am glad you have. The only way we are gonna get healthy food choices (and we are getting more everyday) is to use the power of the dollar. The more people I educate---the more choices I end up with. Here are some other choices we have now---and would have never dreamed of it before. Soy meat. I know---sounds stupid--but its great in egg beater omlets--homemade pizzas. Chicken or turkey brats. I really like the jalepeno brats. Fresh turkey. The frozen turkey has ALOT more sodium--something else we dont need more of. High fiber cereals. Look at the health food isle. I change brands based on sale prices. My current stock in cupboard is cascadian farms. I really like their (not sure of specific type--ran out) granola clusters---and it really keeps me as regular as old faithfull. There are many more changes that we've made around here that I don't even know about ---My wife does all of the cooking. Oh yea---use sea salt--has minerals not found in most processed foods.---Time to make the donuts TV Doctor Avalon, Wi ----- Original Message ----- From: "Terry J Hutchison" <sony1@xxxxxxxx> To: "techassist" <techassist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, January 30, 2005 10:51 PM Subject: [TechAssist] Thank you for Adolphs bypass I know this is off topic but there was no way I could not say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Today walking in Walmart I was just joking with my wife looking at the diffrent food about Adolphs by pass. That got us talking about hydrogenated foods, I started looking at diffrent food and most of it had hydrogenated soy bean oil. Tonight we sat down together at this computer and began to research the subject. I now have no doubt that it is a KILLER and I will not buy anything with any hydrogenated oils in it. =A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0I can't say for sure but that thread may have saved my wife and my life. Thanks to all who contributed to that thread. I would urge anyone who did not take that thread seriously to do a Google search on the word Hydrogenated and read it. It answers the question my wife and I have been asking for years" why do so many people have heart attacks now when our grand parents ate Lard, bacon and tons of fatty foods but heart attack rates were so much lower. =A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0God Almighty, they put metal in that oil at the molecular level, think about it, if you start with a pound of oil and a pound of aluminum or cobalt and after heating the oil and metal you have two pounds of oil WHERE DID THE METAL GO??? Its in the oil and you are gonna eat it. If you really want to know try this web site. http://www.dldewey.com/hydroil.htm =A0=A0=A0=A0=A0=A0Again thank you and I am sorry this email is off topic, I have never posted an off topic email to this site but this was to important and I want all you techs to hang around as long as possible to help me fix TV's.
