I was able to isolate the problem to IC U4 on the signal board, it is a
Hitachi chip P/N HD6413079F18, also there is a LG model number tag
inside, PDP42WVSN3S or maybe P42WVSN3S. Now if I could just locate the
part somewhere that doesn't have a $300.00 minimum. I've looked
everywhere I can think of. Need some ideas from the list techs!
Also model # corrected from G7W to GTW.
Probably made by Sampo, the menu stays on screen and the cursor scrolls
bottom to top constantly. If this is Demo Mode is there a way to exit?
If it is a defect, any Ideas?
