Hello Techs,<br> <br>I have a CTC169 that is dead, the SMPS chopper transistor
is intact and<br>so is the HOT, I have no voltage at either end of CR4118; I
have 15V at<br>U4101 pin 16. I have parts coming in today, all the caps around
U4101,<br>NTE580 (CR4118), TEA2261, etc. I want to be sure about what is
causing<br>the problem, does anyone have a troubleshooting flow chart on the
