I think you have to replace a couple of VDR's. They look like little black
ceramic caps, but are actually VDR's. When measuring them out of
circuit...you should get no reading in ohm scale.
Not in the shop at the moment...VDR601 and VDR602  Pt#1-819-973-21 comes to
mind.
