Phil,

I just did an intr color symptom for a customer on a KV32S42. I did all 
sorts of research and brought the manual with me. When I got there I seen a 
good pix that pops in and out, bad tuner (very common). When I mentioned to 
the customer about her description of the problem she then said OH I forgot 
to tell you the pix is popping in and out also.Moral of the story, you may 
just have bad tuner connections.
