[TechAssist] Sony KV32TS20 highly intermittant color loss

This is my month for PIA sony's with an intermittant problem. Customer
says may play all day good, or color may go all at once leaving a good
black and white picture. Turning the set off then on may return color.
May play days OK.
Any histories with this internittant color loss?
