Can Enter Into The Service Mode And Make Any And All Adjustments Perfectly
(All Pin And Size) But Horiz Phase Does Nothing!

The Problem Was D356 Had High Resistance Check About 3k, It Checked Ok In
Forward Bias Check But Showed The High Resistance When Checking In
Reverse And Out Of Circuit. This Was Located Off Pin 36 Afc Pin/Hoff Line.
