[TechAssist] Sony CCD-TRV65 CC

This unit cane in with tape loaded and wouldn't eject. Camera and
viewfinder work OK.
Opened up and used a battery on motor to eject tape. Unit will load
tape, while loading the head spins a bit. Will not play or FF or Rew or
eject.
Anyone run into this problem on these, would like to get an idea before
I spend too much time because don't think customer want to spend too
much on it.
