[TechAssist] Note on STRD1005T regulator

Had a JVC with daed stby P/S, edetermined that the STRD was defective.
Ordered new one and installed, when the set was plugged in it opened all
the fuse resistors in the power supply. Removed IC and mesured ohms
between pins and found low R between several pins. Ordered another new
one from a different source, replaced the fuse resistors and plug in
set. Everything works OK..
I didn't measure the R on the first one before installing, the second
one (goog one) reads open between all pins on the 40Kohm scale.
The code on the bad one is SK4512, examining the case of IC no apparent
differences to original or good new one. If you get one with above date
code you may want to check before installing.
