[TechAssist] Sanyo TV AVM27F3, retrace lines at top of screen

I bought this set at an auction. The flyback B+ was shorted to ground.
Replaced flyback and set works now but there are 3 retrace lines at top
of screen, about 1/2 inch apart. One each of blue, red, green. Adjusting
screen control down takes it way but picture is too dark then.
I was hoping to get this set ready for Christmas day but time is running
out now.
Is it a cap in the vertical?
