[TechAssist] Sansui (Orion) CDVD1900 19" TV/DVD dead,storm

Customer said it hummed only after storm. I have it here, dead.
I quick check on the main board (smps/defl) with my Fluke I found lots
of shorted rectifiers around the SMPS area:
D512,D533,D505,D509,D507.
Q505 4-pin opto-isolator shorted,
I suspect main reg IC501 (STR G6623).
Any histories on this unit?
Any PFD diagram files?
