[TechAssist] Need Advise P4 Motherboard choice

I am building a new system and want to use a P4 2.8 GHz hyperthreading
processor at 800Mhz front side bus speed. my main concerns are speed and
stability as I do a lot of video MPEG conversion. Does anyone have any
recommendations on a stable 800Mhz bus board. I am told the asus is a good
choice but just looking for opinions.
