Hi Kevin try this Eric
To All who are following thread,

I just looked up in a Samsung PTV SP521JX SM and it says with set turned
off,
Press MUTE - 1 - 8 - 2 - POWER, to get into service menu.

While in service menu, use Volume Up/Down to select adjusting menu.
use Menu to increase Data number
use Mute to decrease Data number
Use Add to SAVE changed Data and Exit service menu
Use Erase to ERASE the adjusted Data and return to pre-adjusted Data.

There is also a note:

When replacing IC902 EEPROM, keep power ON for 4 to 5 minutes (writing time
for
EEPROM initial data) after plugging in the EEPROM.

Is everyone confused by this note? Does it mean you must remove and replace
EEPROM while set is turned on or ?
