Another note.....there are only 3 different codes for this TV
#1 B+ OCP is 2 blinks.
#2 No Vert is 3 blinks
#3 IK failure is 5 blinks
So I'll bet the 5 blinks is covering any and all other problems, SINCE 
your B+ OCP and Vert Out signal are passing their tests.
BTW did you upgrade IC 702's coils/resistor to keep it from blowing 
up???? Hope so....you could have shorted it and now it's shutting down 
because it's bad.
