[TechAssist] Repost! sony kv32fs200 powers up, instant SD, 5 blinks]

During the instant before shut down during power up, HV reaches 25KVm for a 
"microsecond", 
Has +/- 12 and 15v on vert out IC. +200V at CRT OK. Has reg +135B OK.
Already changed with no help:
IC001 micro,IC301 jungle, IC561 vert, IC702 video,and the flyback! Removed 
tuner as test. Unplugged CRT board as well, also no help. Sony insists the 5 
blinks is a "signal problem"
PLeeeeese help! assisting another shop.
Sony absolutely no help.
