 The use of harsh language proves nothing and is often counterproductive. 
Someone is bound to deviate from the rules for reasons not always apparent. 
Posting a corrective instruction politely is more readily received. You may 
post a 
repair problem that only this particular individual has the right answer for. 
Do you think they would be willing to share needed information with you after 
calling them ignorant?
