[TechAssist] RCA tvcr combo model TO9085 chassis 5979

Hello techs.
I am working with RCA tvcr combo model TO9085 chassis M5979
It will shutdown when power on.Hot is ok.If yoke is removed or Hot colector
is removed,
power led will lit up but no HV.And B+ at hot colector is about 110v. Seem
like It is shut down if Hot is active.Any common failures for this model
?TIA.
