John, the weather is nice here warm and sunny @ 86 for hi expected
Now try this, remove the resistor R14708 to pin 3 & 4 of U14701 from micro
then apply AC power see if +5 and +12 are at pins 6 & 7 of U14701
if OK U14701 is good, then turn on power see if stays on
If still shuts off try to get error codes, if you have error code 128
replace stereo decoder chip U11600
And yes @ 170 volts standby is normal @140-143 run is normal
