I have found lots of loose connections around the power transformer, but you are probably right with a bad flyback most common failure. I know this is the symptom for a bad flyback. Is there anything else to check for on this chassis before I give my customer an estimate? R4159 checks 3.6K and R4305 checks 15k but are white and can't read them. What is the going rate for most shops for repairs on a unit like this? I think I will estimate for around $175.00 because it seems like most people now just wan't to buy new sets because they are getting so cheap.
