[TechAssist] RCA F32685YX5 CHASSIS CTC197CN4 (NO VIDEO)

This set has no video at all even with turning up the screen control there
is nothing. I have high voltage and sound, I replaced the flyback with no
change has anyone seen this before? The only voltage I am not sure of is pin
8 on the flyback it is 0 vdc that is why we replaced the flyback.
