[TechAssist] RCA F32645 , CTC203CH3 short HOT. other?

The smpa seems OK. Only thing I see is a shorted Q14401 HOT (2SC5148).
The notorious "L401" in the base ckt looks securely soldered under
magnafication. H. drive txfmr no cracks. I will of course resolder these
before finishing, but does not seem to be the cause of the bad HOT.
Any other histories?
