Check near the video jungle chip - near the crystal - if there is a small 100uf at 25 or 35 volts. It's on the 9v supply I think. Look close with a magnifier and a good light and if you see any sign of corrosion on any of the 1/8w resistors leads then pull that cap and the resistors. scrub the PCB in that area with lacquer thinner, clean the resistor bodys as well. Put in a new cap. Very sensitive to PCB contamination in that area, you can't just replace the cap. That's my experience anyway...
