I since unsoldered the two fly pins that go to the HOT collector and the 
B+ supply. I clipped my fly ringer on these lifted pins, and my Sencore 
rings 2-3 rings and says "bad". I assume these are the preferred pins to 
use. My guess is a bad fly, tho no B+ short to it,and the HOT is good...
