[TechAssist] RCA CTC197CN3, F32685 dead,plug in,hear 5-6 thumps, HOT OK

Did the usual quick check: HOT,fuse, PS FET all OK. Nothing visable.
Plug TV in, hear a series of 5 to 6 "Pfffft-Pfffft-Pfffft" thru
speakers then nothing. Not like the typical thump heard when the HV is
trying to come up. HOT good. Unsoldered HOT collector and plugged in,
measuring the collector trace, has constant +156VDC.
